The Economics of Commute

Feeling much better today I was on my way to work taking this photo.
See how empty the train is? The one right after is actually
surprisingly occupied, even though they are only minutes apart. I
think the difference is that the next one leaves a few minutes after
the hour, while this one leaves a minute before, and perhaps people
think on terms of a few min after the hour than before. Kinda like
how, visually, B+ may look better than A-. わかる？？
