I LOVE KOOTS, if only for the fact that their CEO is hellbent on eliminating Starbucks with their tea drinks. Too bad their name is KOOTS. If someone told me they were going to KOOTS in America, I would assume they were visiting a bunch of old guys(old koots!). LOVE their drinks though and the nice, big non-smoking havens they provide... :P

mmm I love the hot houjicha, though less of a fan of the cool variety. (Sweet drinks here are a bit too sweet for me!)
Koots definitely scratches an itch for me -- I go there to relax.
